Efficient modular ascending and descending rope rescue system. The interchangeable pulleys are designed with a 3:1 ratio with 50' travel distance (200' with 3/8" rope). The unit includes R350 rope unit, pulleys, rope control device, securing strap, anchoring sling, carabiners and a handy storage/carrying bag. Features include a rope retention bar to keep the rope in constant contact with the friction control device, rotating green dots in the inspection window with an audible clicking sound to indicate the pulley is ascending. Static kernmantle rope elongates as little as 2% under load and resists knotting, twisting, chemicals and grit. Coupling system allows for insertion of various fixed deflection pulleys. Heavy duty couplings bolt under load to prevent slippage. Fixed and removable deflection pulleys are available to change from 2:1 to 5:1 hauling ratio (optional). Meets or exceeds all applicable OSHA regulations and ANSI standards.
